Our journey begins on the Royal Coconut Coast on the east side of the island. Five hundred years ago the Royal Coconut Coast was the center of high culture and the residence of the Kauaian King. We will travel west around majestic Wai'ale'ale and move back in time to the era of the plantation times. You will experience how life was 100 years ago. The untamed beauty of the vistas will spill over and capture your imagination. Our destination is the stunning Waimea Canyon, the "Grand Canyon" of the Pacific so named by Mark Twain.

You will be swept away by its breathtaking views, brilliant colors, and powerful presence. In good weather, we will ascend 4,000 feet to gaze upon the majestic Napali Coast. These stunning ancient cathedrals tower above the sea to testify to the awesome creative power of nature. It is said, that God practiced there when He was fashioning heaven.
